Co-Founder and Partner,
The Experientialists

Maria Redin is a co-founder and partner at The Experientialists, a firm that leads principal investments and strategic advisory for location-based experiential companies and the real estate developers who host them, fueling the scale-up of immersive ventures globally. Their portfolio spans everything from narrative-driven attractions to multi-property real estate transformations across Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, and other major U.S. markets. Currently, she's at the helm of the U.S. expansion for Lux Entertainment, producers of the Balloon Museum, whose touring exhibition has welcomed over seven million visitors in 14 cities and redefined what interactive art can be. With a background in strategy, operations, and finance, Maria is building the blueprint for what immersive looks like at scale — bold, bankable, and built to last.

Previously, Maria served as COO at Non Plus Ultra, where she worked with iconic venues and immersive experiences. She was also COO of The Lost Explorer, a company "100% owned by Nature," and Chief of Staff at Two Bit Circus, helping build their first micro-amusement park in downtown Los Angeles. In that role, she designed and implemented the operational infrastructure for all park attractions. Earlier, she was General Manager of GOODcorps, where she successfully pivoted the firm from a creative shop to a social impact strategy consultancy. Maria also led Creable, a boutique creative studio in downtown Los Angeles, and was part of the Business Design practice at IDEO.

She has led her own engineering consulting firm, helped build Mattel's Project Platypus—an internal innovation think tank—and conducted research at the MIT Media Lab, where she created health monitoring systems for climbers on Mount Everest.
